Over 400 peer reviewed research studies have been done on Transcendental Meditation over the last 40 years, from over 200 universities and research institutes, from over 30 countries around the globe. Validating and proven TM's effects in reducing stress, improving intelligence, energy and creativity and bringing peace and happiness within.
